Jerry Jones is definitely sincere in his approach, doesn't mean I agree with it, but you have to respect the man's passion for his team and what he does.

thanks for uploading the vids. i'm kinda getting tired of talking about jones but after watching the whole series of videos i feel sorry for him now. he just doesn't get it does he? wow. i keep believing this is the last year of doing it his way and next year he'll go back and hire a jj/bp type. hopefully is jimmy himself. his appproval rating would go through the roof.
