Video Code??

Does anyone know how to make a video code? i've been wanting to put a video on myspace profile but i need it in code.

you have to upload it to the internet. But you also have to have the code for the player, so what i do is i upload mine onto the internet then i find a vido already on the internet and just swap out the video code for mine

ok where in the internet do i upload it to, is there a website for that??

i know comcast has its own thing, i dunno if sbc does, or any where that has a site building thing like angel fire can uplaod it
