83 should have been a SB run, but the team collapsed mentally after a loss to Washington in a battle of 12-2 teams. Dallas got routed, followed that up by getting blown out by SF, then lost to a far inferior, 9-7 Rams team to complete the one and done. The same Rams then lost 51-7 to Washington. One of the most disappointing endings to a season in which Dallas was a mere 5 points away from being 14-0 at the time of the game vs Washington.
