We can do a LOT better than Julius. I for one will be glad to see him go and get another opportunity somewhere else. If he goes to Denver where he just has to make one cut and run straight, he may do decent. But he certainly is nothing special.

Julius actually had the better day. MB3 lost us 6 yards, Julius gained 8.

No need to bash julius for this game when he was the better back out there today.

You are kidding right??

You didnt just bring me that Julius had 8 yards yesterday as your defense? :lmao2:

Dude.... DUDE...... DUDE!

Facts are that no back would have done anything the way the line was NOT blocking yesterday.

Julius is going to go to some team and be a really productive back next year. I just wish we would keep him.

At least he didn't get stuffed like Barber did. He gutted it out up the middle. If Barber had the discipline to do that, undoubtedly he would have had many more yards, but alas he lacks discipline in running and blocking and it will bite us in the *** at some point, guaranteed. Remember the bonehead run in the end zone earlier this year. If he does that crap in the playoffs, I would take him out of the game

Julius is simply not that great. How many chances do you give the guy? I watched the Colts play yesterday right after the Dallas game and watching someone like Addai hit the hole is NIGHT AND DAY different than Julius. I wish him the best wherever he goes and appreciate what he's done here, but it is what it is. He'll be a serviceable back for someone - but right now, we're not looking for serviceable.
But Addai had so much to play for, Indy had to have that game to uhhhhh to oh wait a minute, they didn't have a damn thing to play for but showed up and every guy on the team played their ***** off.

"%#@& Parcell's ruined me, I can't do anything anymore."

I think the running game has lacked an extra zip since Deon Anderson was lost in Philadelphia.

Maybe with his next team he'll have five Pro Bowlers at every offensive line position blocking for him, instead of having to make due with just three like he did here. I don't know how anyone could thrive in those conditions ... except our other RB who made the Pro Bowl.

25 Pro Bowl lineman? He could run into a different lineman every carry.:)

He can be exactly the same back that his brother is. Never going to be great but he'll be in this league for a while and have a decent career.

To many folks on this board, you are either great or you suck. There is no middle ground

That is exactly right. It's either you're a Pro Bowler or you're garbage for some people on this board. There is no shame in being a dependable and serviceable player. The league is full of players like that. I can definately see Julius having the same type of career as Thomas.

It's obvious that the coaches thought that he had enough ability to keep the Pro Bowler on the bench. I think that speaks volumes.
