I got the same error but got it fixed.

You need to click the link under the player and have that small window open. Then you can download it.

It should play on that screen right there..Download Divx, then download the EP and open the video helper. If you have any problems with video or Audio there are two links for that aswell. it's not that difficult, just follow the instructions on that page.
