Your probably going to have to download all of them, they are quicktime files with the h.264 and I am not sure if the audio will work in the player.

Brad Sham & Frank Luksa are two of my all time favorite Cowboys reporters. Has Luksa ever done radio? They would be great together.

Adam, how accurate was Mickey about that 30% max raise stuff?

It looked to me like Tashard Choice has very good hands receiving the ball, reaches up, snatches it and pulls it in to his body very naturally.

Barber already looks like he wants to hit someone.

Which video is that in?

In general, anytime Mickey starts talking about salary cap stuff, he should preface it with, "Well, I don't know really, so here's my guess ..." But I'll check it out and see if he's accurate.

The 2nd one with Sham and Mickey talking about the potential uncapped year in 2010.

Mickey's wrong about the length of contracts. There is no limit on the length of contracts. (Prorations can be six years for any bonus paid this season and five years for any bonus paid in 2009.)

And he's got the general idea on the 30 percent rule, but he's not quite precise. It's not just the base salary, it's anything that's not prorated -- roster bonuses, reporting bonuses, LTBE incentives, etc. And it's not 30 percent year-over-year, it's 30 percent of the final capped year's salary (base salary, plus roster bonuses, incentives, etc.). So if that amount is $3 million in 2009, it couldn't go up more than $900,000 each season after that.

The way teams get around the 30 percent rule is to insert bogus LTBE incentives in the final capped season. If the CBA gets extended before the final capped season, they make the bogus incentives disappear. If it doesn't, then they'd have to renegotiate, release the player or just carry that cap charge for the season.

Yeah, what he said didn't register as exactly right on the whole. Especially the 6 year deals versus 5 year deals and the 30%.

Thank you.
