I think we are all looking forward to seeing what Jason Garrett will do with these three young RB's in 2009.

Felix Jones "all over the place" is a good idea, as long as you are feeding him the rock in the running game, too. The safest path to victory is on the ground.

Marshall Faulk

Felix Jones should be used just like Faulk was for the Rams and Colts.

Look at Faulk's receptions/yards/TDs from 1994-2002:

1994: 52-522-1
1995: 56-475-3
1996: 65-428-0
1997: 47-471-1
1998: 86-908-4
1999: 87-1,048-5
2000: 81-830-8
2001: 83-765-9
2002: 80-537-2

1999-2002 was played in Mike Martz's offense; Garrett comes from this family of offensive minds. Faulk rushed for at least 1,000 yards in 7 out of 9 of these seasons (1994-2002).

The Cowboys should absolutely be able to use Felix Jones just like the Rams used Marshall Faulk.

You can feature Felix Jones in your offense. He's that good. It's up to the Cowboys to feed him the rock.

Losing him was a devastating blow, imo.

I liked what both had to say about the team's backs and running game and I agree. I'd prefer to see the team move back toward a more run-based offense. I think that better suits their talent.

That's also where I went with my mock draft in taking guard Duke Robinson and fullback Tony Fiammetta. I think the team would get two players to immediately strengthen the running game and both - in my opinion - are the best at their respective positions in this year's draft.

I'd like to see more focus on ball control as I think our offensive line is being built for it, but I'm not sure that Garrett has the patience for it. I sure hope he does. I also wonder if he has the creativity to utilize a Wildcat-style formation.

I don't remember seeing any creativity or innovation last season. Quite the opposite from what I remember. Seems like we ran a very vanilla offense which was easy for opponents to figure out.
