He's dropping weight right now which is a good sign. The bad sign is that the weight was on him in the first place.
Cody will be a two down player so he's probably not really worth a top 10-15 pick, but if he's on the board at #27 and the Cowboys draft him I would not really go crazy railing against the pick. Now I would much rather see him go to the Cowboys in the second round if I could choose. I would worry he's going to need extra attention to make sure he's fit and ready to make it through a sixteen game regular season. But that's why the coaches get paid big money.
Is Anthony Davis the new Flozell Adams? Good question. I have no idea if he is, but from what I am hearing he's not the hardest working prospect in the game.
Brandon Spikes would be an interesting replacement for Keith Brooking in a few years.
