I don't know if Quan Cosby is on the Cowboys radar, but I do think he's going to be a solid slot WR when he gets into the NFL.

Hes a really mature guy and he is a hard worker who loves football.

He is 100% without a doubt a guy we would draft based on his credentials and what we look for in a player.

I wouldn't be shocked if we snag him in the 4th. He will be an instant contributor in the slot.

He reminds me of Deion Branch and just the kind of guy the Patriots would take.

Why is age a big issue? It is not as if he is being projected to an early round pick. His age may be considered, but I don't think it is a big issue. Just a small one.

I think his age is more of a consideration than being small but it's not the issue it used to be. Players are more mercenary. I'd love to see a more structured salary and core retention of players. There has to be ways of keeping a core nucleus of players allowing teams to develop more of an identity.

If someone is going to push Hurd to the curb they better be one heck of a cover guy on special teams.

Hurd is a solid 4th receiver and a beast on special teams. He's the prototypical guy you want as depth in this league.

I'm willing to give Hurd another year because he was injured but Stanback needs to **** or get off the pot. You can't just scoot by with injuries every year. Either provide something or move on.

In any event, both of those guys do not need to be on the team this year unless both just breakout beyond all belief. Time to start churning the bottom of that roster and getting a little more out of it.
