Me too. It's pathetic how this organization has wasted his opportunity and ability. At least at a personal level he was well compensated for an UFA, so there's nothing that can be complained with respect to this point.

This Romo thing is just the straw that broke the camels back for me. Im soooooooooooooooooo pizzed off at the NFL and the powers that be that run it that I can hardly stand it anymore. Even MORE pizzed off at ignorant fans that keep buying into the leagues B.S to be quite honest.


Heres the general gist of my RANT.......


The NFL is drivin by money.

The people who run the NFL made a decision years ago to continually tweak the game by changing the rules so they could promote passing,....to make the NFL almost a pure passing league.


They did this because passing is exciting, fun,...thus they thought they could bring in more fans which leads to making more money.

Here is the result of this idiocy.......


These massive injuries are not just with the Cowboys,.... they are league wide! Teams decimated with injuries are quickly becoming the norm instead of the exception.

This is caused mainly due to how much passing is going on. Pass plays are executed at a much higher speed and intensity than run plays are,..... thus the league wide injuries. And yes,...I KNOW players are bigger and faster nowadays,....but thats only part of the problem. Besides,....all that does is simply COMPOUND the problem Im talking about when it comes to airing it out too much.

So I ask you.........are YOU having fun yet? Is this super duper exciting for you? Are you super stoked to watch a bunch of guys that were probably delivering pizza's or bagging groceries two weeks ago be forced to play and sometimes start for teams across the league? Lemme tell ya,...its NOT for me! This is pure bush league JUNK ball! THE NFL now reminds me of one long pre season game,.....thats what they have produced for us in all their wisdom!


Now,....in no way am I advocating being the 60,s Packers. Not at all,.....but a nice 55% passing plays to 45% running plays like had been the norm for so many years is far preferable to this JUNK ball being played with SCRUBS because of injury that we see now.


This doesnt even resemble the game I grew up loving as a kid. Pure trash. In fact I feel bad for the younger fans as they never got to see what real football was like. Sadly,....I dont think we can ever go back now,...and that SUCKS! End of rant...........
