The only reason Skippy switched sides is because Team Oblivator is no longer on the team. Once TO left, the only way for Skippy to look like he knew what he was talking about was if Dallas had a good season.

Skippy was having wet dreams about Dallas winning the NFC East because that would show the world he was right about Team Oblivator. So now he can say look, the team is so much better without TO.

The guy literally couldnt keep a straight face, he was smiling the whole time and trying his hardest not to start laughing.

Its like Hostile said, these segments are scripted and Skippy has even been seen practicing his lines before they go on the air. Its like they gave a script to that other guy and said "read this" and you could tell he knew it was all bs, thats why he was smiling and trying to keep from laughing all the way through the segment.
