You've got to give Andy Reid credit for his decision to kick the field goal, too...it's not like our defense was just letting Donovan McNabb do his thing, especially in the 4th quarter. Mike Jenkins was out of his mind in coverage, and I think Donovan threw toward Newman like 3 times.

The reason some of these media guys are talking up the Cowboys now is because the Cowboys are actually playing well.

They're not climbing on a bandwagon. They're not fans.

When the Cowboys underachieve and play slop ball, they say so. Now that they're playing well and winning, they say so.

And this Cowboys team is much more likeable. It plays hard. It has some energy. It's exciting.

For what it's worth, Dilfer has mostly been positive about the Cowboys in general and Romo in particular the last couple of years.

I've actually seen many of media members, especially on ESPN, go out of their way to down play our victory last night.

Even going as far as saying Philly is just an average team.

I don't see a reason for them to bag on Philly at all. 2 good teams played and one won and one lost.


Watch tonights game vs Denver and Pittsburgh. Both teams are playing extremely hard but you can bet your money on ESPN making the loser out to be in complete turmoil.

I can't believe Samuel got away with that hold/PI/mugging. He bopped him in the head, too. Felix trucked him, and Crayton ran away from him and stiff armed him. Roy ran a good incut on him and got him one time.

Our homerun hitter hit one out of the park, and their homerun hitter got blanketed and taken out of the game by Terence Newman.

That was the difference in the game.

From what I hear, his injury is still limiting him a little. Hamlin played ok in the pre-season, but didnt WOW. He is definitely a ballhawking, QB of the defense type, and I think he needs to see the field and he could be much better than the other Hamlin.
