This team has TOO many elite players, head cases and a GM who likes to be involved to a point where it may be a detrement to the team.

In this type of environment, you need a coach that has skins on the wall.

Go look up the kind of numbers Andy Reid's offense put up when McNabb and Owens were on the same team. Heck, look at the numbers he puts up with just McNabb and Westbrook.

I would love to see what he could do with all the weapons we have.
