Sounds like Ware was just as worried about December as us fans were, lol.

All I'm thinking is that the Cowboys better win early and often because they may be looking at 2-3 or worse during that home stretch.

The very nice thing is that the second half of the year we have the majority of our division games and that will give us a real shot to control our own destiny in our division. We've just got to find a way to win when it really matters.

This is the bottom line; do the players really want a championship. By that I mean, do they want to pay the price, by working out hard in OTAs and training camp. Does wade phllips want this and he will get tougher on himself and hold the players accountable as well as himself.

By this if some of you arent aware of one of the players that didnt show up and work out during the offseason was Flozell Adams. Mac Engel pointed out to me on the ktbb show, that flozell was one of the ones that didnt come in, but he had an excused absence from the team. That right there is part of the problem. I understand that Flozell is older, takes longer for his body to heal, but at same time, it has been documented several times that Flozell doesnt like to work hard in the offseason and that carries on into training camp. Till attitude like that of Flozell Adams and Greg Ellis changes on this team, then you have some of the problems. Its all attitude, desire, heart and intensity of some of these players, till that is changed by some leaders on this team stepping up, making them accountable as well as themselves, then nothing is changed

There were more than 3 times last year when wade said we got outplayed on offense, defense, special teams and coaching. That starts with the head coach right there, till he changes and admits the way he has done things in the past hasnt worked, then you will repeat history.

You make great points. Everyone keeps panicking about the December schedule. The key is the Cowboys need to have a strong, focused mindset before and during training camp going into the regular season. We know the talent is there but the focus needs to be there in a strong way. This team can't get ahead of themselves just worry about the game that week no matter it be against Tampa Bay or against San Diego. Beat your opponent, outsmart your opponent, don't take any opponent lightly or think they are world beaters. Just go out there with the mentality that we are the better team and I will not let us get beat.
