Here are the three KO return gaffes. You'd think after the first one, the coaches would tell the players to be ready for the short kicks .

And the punting debacle

One coaching staff is known for doing every single thing can to gain an advantage while the other coaching staff preaches give more effort. The Cowboys seemed dazed and confused on special teams all day.

Patriots had an advantage on the sidelines while the Cowboys had a liability, which was the big difference in Sunday’s game. It’s why the Cowboys won’t make a playoff run with Garrett. An equally talented team that also gives effort will find some weakness of ours to capitalize on and our staff won’t have an answer for it, not will our staff seek to exploit the opponents weakness.

The punt was a disaster but there is no way to pull off the fake with 4 seconds on the play clock in those situations. 4 seconds on play clock when cover guy moves off the gunner.

Impossible.

Blaming the Special Teams coach is the mistake Jerry will make. Given the way the Cowboys' special teams have performed all year there is no doubt that the Special Teams coach is not getting it done. But its the head coach's job to recognize this and do something about it. When two kicks fall short and are dropped by your special teams, luckily both were recovered by Dallas, the HC should say something to the ST coach so there is not a 3rd mistake. Yet we saw a third mistake. That is 100% on Garrett. But we see this all the time from Garrett. This is just reason #52 why he should have been fired years ago.

You forgot the blocked punt...

I considered that more of a better Pats player making a great play than a true gaffe on our part. He is a 7 time ST pro bowler for a reason. These other plays has more to do with our team looking foolish because the team wasn't prepared more so than a Pats player making a great play.

He's the same guy who blocked a punt vs Buffalo. In that game he scooped and scored the Patriots only TD of a 16-10 win.

They find ways to win. The Cowboys find ways to lose.

Also tells me we don't have intelligent players.. after the 2nd time they should have conveyed the message to Coaches and if coaches don't adjust.. do it anyway....

Bad coaching plus not too smart players equals this debacle....
