Childress went for 2 too early and it came back to bite his team...they were too desperate on the final drive. They had to have the TD instead of just a FG.

Well if they kicked the PAT, it would be have been 17-13 at the time. I didn't agree with it at the time either though. They would have had to score a touchdown regardless.

Rogers just said the guys in the locker room were upset because some teams played dominant this weekend and no one was talking about them.

For Rodgers first start, I thought he played extremely well. I thought the play calling was really conservative, maybe on purpose. Poor clock managment before halftime and at the end was really apparent. In all I am glad the Packers won but the defense has to learn to stop the other team on 3rd down.

The offensive line after the 1st quarter played good. The Minny defense gets a lot of pub and they didn't lay a hand on rodgers all night.

For a 1st game and for a Rodgers start it was good. Actually it was better than last years start against the Eagles.

I would think you have to play dominant and actually LOOK dominant to be talked about being dominant?

TOP was down because of the Punt return. IF Blackmon doesnt return it for a TD, who is to say The Packers don't score on that drive taking 7 minutes off the clock. . And if the Packers are behind with 3:00 minutes left I doubt they are sitting on the ball. For the most part Packers were conservative tonight on offense. Punt return was part of the game. Even if they don;t do, it is no guarantee the Vikings win. Jackson was still liable to screw it up. Yards were basically equal.

Packers have to play a lot better in two weeks to have a chance against the Cowboys tho.

As for the "Rodgers' Attack" that will also be waiting for us. Ha. The guy is a pathetic joke and I don't care what his QB-Rating for that one game was. In that west coast bs offense, qb-rating is so easy. It's made to be easy. But just wait until he actually plays a real team and they need to step out of that to come back in a game.

And the biggest concern they're just throwing all caution to the wind over, is his injury proneness. My goodness, like taking many chances running your injury prone QB, do we? 3 seasons, on the bench too boot, never escaped a season yet without an injury. And he's running around like Cunningham used to. Ok.
