he is a ROOKIE guys that is surrounded by very little talent and he has still held his own well enough for a ROOKIE. He just needs more experience and they need to surround him with better receivers. he will be a star, he just needs time and surrounding talent

Theirs no question about that, its gonna take him a few years. But once he gets the seasoning he's gonna be a good one, Tennessee will be in the playoffs in a few years.

yeah, rookie QB's wins are always an indicator of how you'll fare down the road...Aikman was 0-11...Kyle Orton got a team to the playoffs

Im not saying they are. But hes shown that he can lead his team to wins as a ROOKIE, And with the team he has around him makes it that much more impressive.

Rookie QB with receivers like Tennessee's is not a good way to get started... I knew he'd go through this with Tenn's personnel, Henry is back to form though so he helps a lot.

He does seem to lock on to 1 receiver though.. maybe the plays are just designed that way though till he gets more accustomed to the league.

Honestly he just can't throw. He isn't accurate and he doesn't seem to read defenses well. Unfortunately he's simply not that fast compared to NFL players. Someone like Randal Cunnigham benefied a lot from being a great runner, but Vince just isn't it.

I'd hate to see it happen, but I can definitely see Vince out of the league in 5 years.

Edit: lol, he just had a big run...he still doesn't impress me.

Well at least he will probably rake in a cool 25 million and go back to to Texas to be a coach. They need it...

Then again , you cant teach what he had at UT

he needs alot of time and alot of work

he was a major gamble as a QB and is no sure thing...from a throwing standpoint he is is years behind most elite QB prospects

That Cardinal team DOES have talent all around.....most mediots had them having a pretty good year DUE TO all of the talent on that team.
