Chris Mortensen: (11:04 AM ET ) It's Snyder's team. There obviously is something about Williams that has made them hesitate. I have heard (unconfirmed) that Williams has some specific demands/wants that they haven't agreed to. And Jim Fassel - who was a coach of the year and did a good job in NY - is not someone you can dismiss. I am anxious to see what happens.
