For some reason I have the same feeling about this game as I did about our week 5 matchup against Philthy.

I thought the Eagles were a team we should have handled easily, because we matched up better than them across the board, but they had a hostile home environment and the TO factor in their favor, and used that momentum to beat us. I have the same feeling about this game. The Commanders have the hostile home environment in their favor, and while TO is not a factor in this game the season is on the line for the Commanders and they know it. If they win this game, they still have a fighting chance. If they lose, their season is over.

Our game vs. Philthy was the Super Bowl for the Eagles, and this game is the Commanders Super Bowl. They will play harder in this game than they will all season. Dallas should have won against the Eagles but stupid mental mistakes killed us.

I'm not looking at this game as a gimme. The Cowboys have to play mentally sound football, execute to near perfection, and not let the crowd rattle them. They have to take this game 100% seriously because if they don't give their best effort the Commanders will take advantage of it and steal a victory.

I'm confident the Cowboys will win, but they have to play football to their max potential and leave no prisoners. I take comfort in the fact that Parcells will never overlook any team and have the best gameplan prepared, but the players have to know what is at stake for the opposition and come ready to play.

Just my $.02.

Dallas is playing with some urgency for once it seems. The first good team they beat all year was last Sunday and this is a rematch against a team who hasn't figured out what works all year.

I agree kinda, but we dont have Watkins the rookie back there that will make give up 2 deep bombs.

Plus we have a mobile QB in Romo.

I feel like we need to go deep early, if we succeed then i feel like their Blitz will be neutralized

If the Cowboys lose this NFL East game, and NY Giants win thier game with Houston, the Cowboys are two games behind the Giants. With their remaining game with the Giants in New York, regardless of how their game at home with Philly turns out, the Giants will be ahead of the Boys.

This is a huge game for the Cowboys with regards to the NFC East Division race. If the Cowboys lose Sunday, their season is a bust, although still better than the Commanders.
