Just to give some positive feedback on my 1st visit to Dallas, Texas.....My in laws live in Plano but have a business in Dallas. Let me first say the food was crazy good. Beef briskets are my new friend along with Cantina Laredo, I believe was the name of the restaurant we went to. Also, played a nice links golf course, The Tribute, 2 times. I can't wait to come back down there for a game this fall! Maybe meet a few of you guys in the process.

I don't live in Dallas anymore but I sure wish I could..

Loved living there.

Great trip. So much to do, and so little time! Can't wait to go back!

Only bad thing about DFW is that, according to new survey, it has second worst Road Rage, considering how many times I yell at another car each day I drive, I guess I agree :). And June to September can brutal with heat.

Everything else is peachy, especially food, if you are lover of BBQ and Mexican food (well Tex-Mex actually).

I went there for Southwest Airline training 3 years ago, it was a fun time, esp. the dollar beers at the hotel bar

we even have great "discount" courses here.

Good place to live if you can stand the heat, about 3 months out of the year it is friggin ridiculously hot and humid. This year feels hotter than I remember for a while.

and the food is amazing, if you get a chance to go a little bit south there are even better BBQ places. Really great mexican food too.

Try to hit the original sonny bryans next time you are in town. Just ask a local, they will tell you.
