Voice chat during games

Earlier today I was brainstorming about what would take the football experience to the next level for people who want to converse with like-minded people/fans and integrate further with the DC Community. I know we have a chat room but don't think it gets as much use as it could. Perhaps voice chats would be more interesting? Would definitely add something to the experience, particularly during commercials and in-between plays.

If there is sufficient interest, perhaps a test run during the 1st round of the NFL draft would be the way to go?
