I understand ILB is not a need, and Spencer deserves the opportunity to seen in Ryan's scheme before we talk about replacing him.
But how would guy feel if we picked this up?

I question his size at OLB in a 34 against the run especially. He is talented no doubt. He is going to have to play DeMarcus Ware's position, so the Cowboys probably will not take him. He could bust into the top ten, because he is having a very good Senior Bowl.

Derek Sherrod is winning points against him, too.

I think we could make it work, his size doesn't bother me as long as he's relentless. There are a few teams around the league that get by with a OLB Ware's size and one that's smaller. A dominant nose tackle would help.

I think Von Miller is special and reminds me alot of Derrick Thomas the Lb/DE from the Chiefs

They specifically asked Chain Gailey about his ability to play the run at the next level, yesterday on NFL network after the practices were done for Wednesday. I don't have his exact quote but he gave an immediate look of excitement and clearly made it know that Von is going to be something special.
