Waaaaayyyy too much TV time for drama boy...

I just tweeted this exact thing.

I dont hate the guy but geez. Theres a MFN game and Cliff Lee news.

OMG REALLY? You would have thought a major world changing event just took place today. Please end this Favre love conference!

He has been on a long time for a guy who isn't retiring.

Yes, I know the streak was broken, but he's been on for at least 15 minutes.

Then, again, ESPN loves it some Brett Favre. Next to Michael Jordan, ESPN has more film on him than any other athlete.

I've been saying this since last year. He's not even a good player anymore. I honestly don't care if he retires and never plays another game or if he comes back next week, just get him the hell off my tv. He's garbage and im sick of hearing about him.

In three weeks his career will be over.

No offseason drama to follow.

Thank God it's almost over.

I fully expect an ESPN special on him within three months of his latest retirement, and then a perpetual countdown timer on every ESPN channel and website that will display the time remaining to the day he is able to get on the HoF ballot.

Only half of that is said sarcastically.

I've never seen so much airtime dedicated to a guy that DIDN'T play.

Wow. Just saw on NFL network that they are replaying the giants-viking game as one of the top four games of the week. You know, the one that was a boring blowout? And they actually teased it as "watch favre on the sidelines." Seriously?

I thought for sure this thread would be about TO given his comments slamming the Bengals organization. To me, that is drama.

Are you 100% positive that he won't give it another go next year? He loves the drama. :D

Do tell. I haven't really followed him much since he stopped wearing the star. Did he have a meltdown in Cinci? Can you blame him though? Carson Palmer has all but disappeared. That team is supposed to be competing for a playoff spot. Where in the world is Carson San Diego?

They played the clip of him and Ocho from some show they do together where Ocho asked him to give it to him straight, why he believed they were 2-11.

Basically TO said it starts with the owner and then the coaches and then hymm and hawed about how the players have to play but they're just doing what they're told and what have you.

So, essentially, what he did was say it's all the owner, and coaches, fault that they're 2-11 and that the players, while they have to play and make plays, are only doing what they're told to do out there and it's caused them to underachieve.

It was a pretty boring piece of footage, to be honest.
