After the Falcons got their last TD in garbage time, the camera flashed to Wade and Campo discussing the play on the sideline. I got the impression Wade was holding him accountable and Campo looked like he was making excuses.

Did anybody else see that and get the same impression? Does anybody know what was really being said between the two?? I'm just guessing but would love to know for sure.

I missed it but I'd love to believe that Wade was chewing him out and letting him know what he wanted. I don't know if he did or not but that would be great, IMO, if he did.

We should have called a TO. Someone on field should have stepped up and called it.

Yea I saw it. It was good to see Wade show a little fire in him. It was more of a spark then fire, but at least he showed something, which was good to see.

I saw it and commented on in it during the game thread. To me it looked like Wade was chewing him out a bit.

Yeah, that's what it looked like to me, and I'm guessing that's exactly what is was.

I thought the same thing when I saw their exchange. Troy and the fill-in play by play guy placed the blame on the LB (Carp?) but the way Wade and Campo were going at it, I am sure there was a major meltdown in the secondary AGAIN. And yes, I am sure Hamlin double covering the outside WR when he should have seen the slot guy (Weems) was completely uncovered/untouched.

Wade also got on TNew after he messed up. I bet he does that more than he gets credit for.

Campo was a blah headcoach handed a damned if you do or don't team but his credentials as a defensive coordinator or defensive back coach are not questionable.

Remember, Wade is fighting for his job. He most likely not coming back, but he has to do everything he can to try to keep it.

I'm not questioning his credentials or his overall body of work as a coordinator. I was questioning what transpired after that particular play.

This is the most ridiculous thing I have "heard" you say, now Campo is unquestionable? :lmao2:

Even Landry or Jimmy were not perfect. And Campo was an overrated DC, and an average secondary coach. :D
