Wade and Joe D

Whenever you see a shot of Wade on the sidelines, Joe D is almost invariably the one who is right next to him and talking with him. Just an observation, but I wonder if Coach Joe is trying to learn about the 3-4 or what. I don't think I've ever seen anything written about this relationship.

Also, you almost never see Garrett and Wade together on the sidelines.

Wade and Joe D are good buddies. That's one reason a coach wants to, and is allowed to, hire "his guys" -- he knows they'll be confidants.

It's not that Wade doesn't like Garrett, it's just that they didn't have any kind of relationship before like Wade had with Joe D.

I'm sure they're on the radio with each other but I don't think they have the best relationship.

Oh well, thats what happens when you don't let your coach pick his offensive coordinator. Or, thats what happens when you don't let your offensive coordinator pick his Manchurian candidate HC/defensive coordinator.
