Sorry, Wade has no control over this team, it's obvious by their performance and behavior. He's lost control of his previous teams and pretty much punted at the end of the season when it was time to take charge (running away from the end of the season player meeting, and more recently, allowing himself to be gagged). My thoughts exactly. Hands is all Roy got!

I think once Romo gets comfortable with him, he will be able to throw to him like Warner did to Fitz. Just throw it and have Roy go up and get it. That's one thing I do like over TO. Roy goes after the ball even if it isn't perfectly thrown.

I also agree that this is Wade's last chance. All the big mouths are gone (except Ellis), go out there and put your heart into it and make sure this team is right in realizing what their goal should be. Not to be in front of a camera, not to cause drama, not to half @$$ it, but to focus and win. It starts with Romo... learning how to be a leader. If he had learned that in the beginning, I don't think TO would have been so much of an issue or caused such a divide.
