Wade is not the Face or Voice of this current Cowboy Team.

Let me explain.

My background is in sales and I work with different brokerage firms in the pass and remember way back when as a Stock Broker raising capital, I will never forget this Sales Manager  yelling in our face.

This aggressive approach does work because we raise allot of capital Month after Month.

Then there were other Brokerage Firms that I work for with a much softer approach but we didn't raise as much capital.

What I am saying here that, That voice in your face  can go a long way..........

I'm sure wade is somewhat of a good coach....But... Wade is not the Face  or Voice of this current Cowboy Team.

That little voice (Wade Voice) tells me that the Players are not hearing him.

 A Bill Cowher or Jon Gruden, now that is a Voice that would get there Attention.......

I don't think it is that easy...Explain why Parcells was not more successful?

C'mon...you don't know why? It's because Wade's team is INFINTELY more talented than BP's!

We have more talent on this Wade team than what Bill had

Parcells built this team and sent them to playoffs for first time in a decade lol:laugh2:
1999 to 2003 is a decade?

It is on Mercury, or in dog years.

EDIT, so this is real post and not a one-liner:

Wade Phillips isn't the face of this team, but how many teams are out there where the coach is the face? The answer isn't very large.

lets see Parcells was coach when Quincy Carter made playoffs, is it really necesary to go into this any further? The day Parcells left was the day Dal became mediocre.

Parcells 0 NFC East titles in 4 years. 34-32 overall including post season.

Phillips 2 NFC East titles in 3 years. 34-17.

Mediocrity? Strange way to look at it.

Yet he could only achieve the same results with Tony Romo.

So either A) Tony Romo is an infidel.

Or B) Bill Parcells wasn't that great of a coach for us.

Had to assemble a team. Had to get JJ to take some what of a back seat.
Had no QB. Players were either real young or to old. geeze this could take all day, the list is huge. What did Phillips have to do when he got here? That is the question.

That's funny because there are no shortage of people on this board who will tell you the 2006, 2007, 2007, and 2009 drafts have been poor. So I'm wondering how Wade managed to accumulate all that talent.

Phillips older more mature talent and no SBs. Awesome.
Oh and his final record in Dallas won't be so great either.

Bill didn't need superstar QBs. All he needed was bus drivers.

Or at least that was the song and dance people bought, hook, line, and sinker.

I keep reading where all of our drafts suck. How did Wade assemble better talent?

Define mediocrity and then get back to me with this screed.

As he made sure we groomed Romo the right way. Hmmmmm.
