todd gratham will finish out year here, then go to georgia, this started yesterday, and i talked to jerry and boom jerry got him before practice was over, he was here today and will help in transition and very pleased to have paul back;

lucky to have him and thought was one of best coaches to be around and thanks to jerry, he really got this done, paul will help us, then transition to defensive line, but he knows defense, has great experience and we know what kind of coach he is, like when he was her e, all i had to do was mention something and he got it done

wade; players here know him, and think they will be excited about it, he is here, was at practice today and todd will help in transition to paul taking over, he will be in press box with minny; we knew georgia had offered, and that come up yesterday and jerry was all for it and got it done

thats what happened, wade suggested to jerry jones when the dolphins fired paul p... that the cowboys get him, and boom, wade said that jerry jones got paul right quick, he is in fact at practice today helping out;
