What new schemes? We promote Garrett and promote someone to be DC, they are not going to change schemes in the middle of the season. It just doesn't work that way.

But in the offseason, we hire a Gruden and *random guy for DC*, and our schemes are completely different.

You cannot prep for a new round of coaches midseason.
