Assuming we want to stick with the 3-4. He is the ideal coach for replacing Parcells.
For defensive coordinator I would get either Pepper Johnson or try and get Dom Capers to sign here instead of Miami as defensive coordinator, and we would combine to great defensive minds.
I don't know who we could get for offense.
Maybe John Ramsdel or Jack Henry.
