Wade Phillips needs to bring the heat on Eli

Hes got that bad foot well make him move around alot then. If I was wade id bring a Safety or corner blitz this game at least 6 times this week . I want to see eli moving around alot

i'd like to see that mixed in with some ILB blitzes via Keith Brooking, he disguises his blitzes very well and seems to always wreak havoc on o-lineman decision making

very true, i think i remember reading somewhere that Grantham preaches to play the run while busting your butt to get to the QB (this could and probably should be applied to every team though, so not a very unique philosophy), so if they do that and force Jacobs to go east /west, we should be in good shape and, in theory, that should open up the defensive playbook quite substantially.

No doubt, for defense to dictate to the offense you need to keep them in 2nd/3rd and long situation where you know what they have to do. If we can put Eli in sure passing situation it becomes easier to throw blitzes at him
