I have this theory about the style in which Wade coaches. He will teach you everything you need to know about scheme and get you prepared for the game, but at the end it is up to the PLAYERS to take control of the team and lead it in whatever direction they want to go.
For example last year, some would say TO was the "leader" and he lead the team down a dark path of blaming each other.
This year Brooking and Romo are leaders and this is reflected in a hard working, focused team.
Wade's style of coaching makes players want to play for him, because he will only take you as far as YOU want to go. The players will have to work hard and lead themselves, while Wade will teach you how to play the game.
This is why I think the jettisoning of TO, Pacman, Tank, and Ellis, and the arrival of Brooking and Igor as well as the maturation of Romo has turned this team around.
The coaching was always there, it was the attitude that was missing.
