Positives:
1) Took a talented team when he was hired and didn't screw it up, at least initially.
2) Has had two very good regular seasons
3) Has won ONE playoff game
Negatives:
1) Failed to win a single playoff game after securing home field advantage throughout the playoffs in 2007. Lost home playoff game to a team we had beaten by double digits twice in the regular season.
2) Followed up 13-3 season with a disgraceful performance and missed the playoffs. I know injuries were a factor, but that team was a cluster.
3) Got embarrassed in the last game in Texas Stadium.
4) Got absolutely destroyed in a win and in (playoffs) game in Philly.
5) Lost the first game in Jerry World.
6) Got a supposed Super Bowl caliber team off to a 1-3 start (0-2 at home).
There are other positives and negatives, but these are the ones that came to mind. I won't discuss personnel moves, either positive or negative, because no one really knows who is behind them. Not sure how much input Wade has when it comes to these matters. Afterall, Jerry owns the team.
