This was a good game for us, gives us confidence, takes the whole team. Proud of way the team played and fought hard. We made too many plays that hurt the raiders on offense.
Glad we played better in 3rd down defense. Were not there yet, but its an indicator that we can play with anyone while we adjusted to the raiders stuffing their running game. Offensively, austin had a tremendous day and wittne played well. All 3 rbs did a heck of a job, everyone contributed offensively and defensively.
Confidence wise that helps you, whatever we do now, we have to do for ourselves. We have one of the toughest schedule going into december compated to anybody.
Keep playing well and executing well, we havent won our division, all we have done is play well. There are always things that coaches want to do well.
we have been the least scored on in the nfc. Our offense helps us nad our defense has been playing well. I am glad spencer played well today.
WE let the qb get out and miss guy on coverage
we made some mistakes nad those things hurt us. Witten sprained foot, was better today, with the swelling go down today, said he wouldnt lie to me if he couldnt go. He didnt grimace when he went out in pregame. Was good to see him make those plays.
on austin, he beat them in man to man, they tried bump and run, he is hard to cover in bump. Was open alot and we got him the ball.
Jenkins; i think is a good football player, is hard to throw ball on and he jams them well. our defense is good because we count on him well.
Felix, marion nad choice had a big game today. We got them all into the flow, which is hard to do with 3 rbs, but looks like felix is back, and have some time to rest.
December question, we have somethning to prove next game. Its our 30th win in 3 years.
All of them count, so we gotg a rough schedule, we had a chance to win almost every game we played,
Every team is different, and stats are just baseball stats, they are a close knit group, our guys arent selfish, and focused and i said this week they look focused. No big ego group and pulls togehter offensive, defense and special teams
alot of man to man raiders played against us, and we protected some with offensive line and backs. Did real well.
Last game we ran ball well and we need to continue that.
Looked like free played well again and ball played well too.
A lot of years i have coached, i like these guys, way they work, commardre, and way they are focused.
