I think even if Wade remains headcoach next season that Garrett will remain with the Cowboys.

I think out of respect for Wade, Garrett might take another job so.

If this team lives up to expectations, then Garrett might assume Wades got the top seat on lock. Especially since this team is pretty set for the future.
