Wade will be fired before 2009 season!!

If Jason Garrett lands a head coaching job somewhere else..Wade Phillips can pack his bags and say, "Well there I go". Jason Garrett is the glue to holding this current coaching staff together. Wade better say his prayers that Garrett does not land a gig. Jason have sucked here but he can say well the head coach (Wade) overrode me many times during the games; Or we were not on the same page. We all know Garrett being a Princeton Grad, former player, & O coordinator can speak well about his experience. I hear the Broncos would also like to interview him but Jerry has not given permission. This is the key if Jerry loses Garrett bye bye Wade Phillips. Remember he is the coach in waiting here after Wade leaves. Jerry has said there will be no changes but don't forget he is also a gambler. He would have lost the key piece to his coaching staff. Stay tuned and I guess we can hope Jason Garrett lands a head coaching job before the start of the 2009 season.

I think he would like to see Garrett develop into a HC one day but I don't think it is a given one way or the other and I don't think it has anything to do with Wade at this stage. In ways it shows me Jones is not running everything as some claim if he were he would just name Garrett HC regardless of him being ready or not after all if Jerry is running the whole thing at least in his critics minds what would it matter if Jason is ready?

Was it beginner's luck or did the league finally figure him out? He's really green and obviously our offense this year took a downturn. When Ray Lewis is yelling our play out before we run it, something is definitely wrong. To stay on top you have to nake adjustments and we didn't seem to do that.

I agree with the thought that if Garrett goes then Jerry is more inclined to make a coaching change but only if he is able to get Shanahan or Homgren as the new head coach. Otherwise its another long year of Camp Cuddles and Wade.

I did not say Jerry or even I think Garrett will be a good HC or a bad HC. I think Jason is a young OC who has only been an OC for 2 years and in that time has seen some success and failure. I think he is a bright guy who will get things figured out but only time will tell. I can say I have not given up on him other than that we wait and see.

I think he tried to run a play so he could pick up the thrown $, but the defense knew the play and blew it up.

Wade said he's willing to change.I say then keep him on as defensive
cordinator and send Garrett on his way.Shanahan could probably make
our running game one of the best if he were to be hired.
