was gone for a while and now it appears he is back. I saw a video with him in it speaking about Romo's rehab and timing back and Dak's play so far. Does anyone know why he was out and when he returned. How much of Dak's performance is linked to Wade's coaching??

They said personal reasons but I believe it came out that he was having some complications associated with diabetes and actually had to have a toe amputated.

I suppose he has been instrumental in Dak's progress. He is the QB coach and has been for a long time.

He'd never do it because he's made too much money to want to work 80 hours a week, but I think Tony Romo would be an excellent head coach one day.

Romo will coach someday, but I imagine he'll want to take some time off and relax with his family for a few years before jumping right back in it.
