Needed fired after the Rams game...

and if you don't believe so this game proved it...

its not Garrett

look at Tomlin is he that smart in Pittsburgh NO... His D corrdinator is great true

BUT

but he is a motivator...

wade sounds defeated every time he talks

his resume sucks never was a winner just a loser like his father

time for him to go...

I think his fate was sealed tonight...losing would be one thing, but to lose like this is another thing totally.

Jones needs to blow the whole thing up (staff) and start over again I think...they also need to get rid of several guys who are clearly cancers and dont give everything they have on a week to week basis

It's not all Wade's fault, he didnt miss those tackles or fail to fall on that gimmee fumble (Hamlin) but at some point enough is enough.

Come on!!!! Wade makes the players feel good about themselves. Isnt that what really matters?

Jerry did his part by bringing in talent, now he needs to do the same with the coaching staff by making some tough examples....fire WADE, GARRETT, READ, and STEWART, these jokers have no business being in this franchise, they show NO GUTS, NO PASSION...it's no surprise that Wade has not won a playoff game ever...it shows..

Hamlin would be #1

I was never on board with signing him to this ridiculous deal to begin with, and he's about to complete one of the worst seasons I've ever seen a safety have.

we dont need to blow this thing up

1. new head coach.

2. Sign a real back up QB we are stuck with Romo and we need a HC to get in his face... and someone on the bench to challenge him.

3. Sure up the Oline

4. get ride of zack Thomas he is on his back every other play he is in for.

5. New D corrdinator

6. Garret DOES NOT need to go.... new HC with new energy will solve many issues

7 and this one is not going to happen higher a GM we should have never left jeff ireland go.. he should have been the GM

I meant the "team cancers." Ham was admittedly wretched tonight (and subpar all season), but I don't think he fits that description.

:bang2: Tomlin is not a motivator. Was he a motivator last year when his team lost twice to Jacksonville in a month on his home field. He and the Steelers have gotten lucky this year and gotten the benefit of some calls.

lol.

Yeah, all SEVEN points you mentioned are SO minor. Just get rid of Wade, Stewart, Zack, Jerry, bring in a top backup to Romo and a "sured up" o-line?

But let's not blow this up!

I do...he's an example of a guy who got his huge payday and mailed it in.

He's been horrible since week one. He's made 2 or 3 damn plays all yr. He's f'in awful.

thats BS

yes he is a motivator....

he gets in players faces and is always on point with that he says with a vision...

I live in Pittsburgh and I am imprseed...

they lost to Jax in the playoffs becasue there OC is an idiot and called on a 4th and 7 a Qb run to the left....

10-6 last seaon

this season primed to go 12-4.... maybe get the #1 seed...... they get a bye and home playoff game...

look at what Dallas will do

10-6 MAYBE

and take 10 steps back word from last season...

I do agree they get every call tho...

but in the end they win.

you would NEVER see Pittsburgh give up back to back 77 and 83 yard TDs

Yeah, aside from his goal line stop in Pittsburgh, his memorable plays have been few and far between.

ok you know the Jerry thing is not happeneing I wil give you that wishful thinking on my part

however

all points are easly done in the off season each and every year by teams

while keep the core players.

Wade's epitaph.
