And why is Barron still on this team?

what happened exactly for those of us who cant watch or listen?

They discussed for a long time the relationship between Wade and Garrett and how they work together and how the playcalling is done and what types of decisions Wade makes.

It's basically how you'd expect from any HC/OC relationship, so there's nothing really special there. Garrett calls the plays; Wade interjects in certain situations (like with the play before the half) and then occasionally makes certain broad suggestions like "we need to run more 11 personnel" or "we need to go no huddle" etc.

It was just fascinating to listen to.

Man, maybe I'm being greedy here but Wades PC's do not instill any confidence in me whatsoever. I know it's not about me though, it's about our team and players but if any of these PC's come across the same way in locker room speeches or talks then I can understand how he's not exactly a motivator.

Maybe the motivator thing is overrated but this guy just does not seem to have a heck of a lot of control.

No one complained last year when we won in the playoffs about Wade....

But losing to the skins...

and its back to Wade is a idiot and Jerry sucks....

Lets be like the Skins and change coaches every few years......its worked great for them.

btw.....Eagles were one of the most penalized teams last year....well thats what the mediots said yesterday from the Eagles-Packers game....

I guess Reid has no discipline.....

im surprised that other teams that lost yesterday havent fired their coaches yet.........it would be nice .....we need one to do a more uplifting PC ........phone-a-headcoach?

I'm definitely not giving up on them after one game. Hell I thought the season was over last yr, and things were alot worse at that time (after the back to back losses to the Giants and Chargers, and basically having to sweep to win the division, with games vs New Olreans and Phillip upcoming).

Its one game. Last night was a real disappointment, but we were not the worst team this weekend. Several other teams billed as contenders played worse than us.

I think we'll see a different team Sunday vs Chicago if Kosier and Colombo are both able to go.
