Waiting on hold for a k'bl'zillion, kapillion, krazillion years

Sheesh! I've been on hold with this company for 40 minutes at this point. A couple weeks ago my cell phone company kept me on hold for 45 minutes when I was just calling up to pay them. Annoying.

AT&T cell phone never keeps me on hold. Although, I haven't called in a while since the merger.
