Been a fan of his for a long time. Wanted him in the 2nd in January but he's just shot up the rankings. Really don't want a CB in rd 1 unless there's no Bud Dupree, Gurley, La'el Collins(projected range is all over the place) or a trade down on the table.

Johnson has been a pet cat of mine since the end of the season. I love the guy and he is an NFL corner through and through. I think he's going to be very good.

I'd still rather have a DL at 27 but if the only DL available are ranked well below Johnson then I'd rather go with him instead of reaching on a DL.

I am Leary of these thin CBs who have trouble tackling especially in the first rd,we have not fared well with those guys.

I like him in the middle to high second round. If he somehow slips to 60, I'd be thrilled.

A lot of scouts think he is the most pro ready CB in the draft. If he is far and away BPA on the board, then fine. I'd rather have an upgrade at FS, but no one is worthy at 27. I still say BPA or trade down. Most likely BPA is an OL or WR based on what is available though.

I almost took him in our Mel Kiper mock in the 1st round over Paul Dawson.....He was a strong consideration. I like him alot. Don't have a problem w/ his tackling...Infact he is the only one aI really saw that was "willing" to put his head in a pile and make a play. I like that!!!!

Huge KJ fan here but heavy-hearted that we would have to use yet another first round pick on a CB after we spent a 1st and 2nd round pick on one and $50 million on the other......
would hate to use our first on a CB,...a trade back if no one like Dupree, etc is available at 27 and early second I'd be cool with.
I also really like Steven Nelson, Golson, and Gunter (even if Gunter ended up playing FS) in the mid rounds. Ifo could also fall due to the knee injury.
