Very light on both sides of the line for me but as far as just quality of players, I'd be very, very happy with this draft.
In a year or two, Iupati is going to be a beast in the NFL IMO.
Allen is an excellent FS prospect and fits a big need.
I really like Thomas and I kinda believe just the opposite of what was posted earlier. I think that if Thomas had played in the Big12 or SEC, he would have been ranked higher. Good size, good skills, good fundamentals, good tackler, he doesn't have the best short area quickness, I'd say average, but overall, a pretty good safety prospect with very good coverage skills.
Read Thomas' info above and that's pretty much the same thing you have with Verner except he was much more productive. Another good Safety prospect with excellent coverage skills. Doesn't have that top end gear you'd like but a very good, very experienced player.
Scott Long is a guy who has big time measurables off the charts. This is a 6-2 215lbs WR who runs a 4.46 40, has a 41 in Vert, is faster in the 1st 10 yards then any of the WRs rated in the top 10 of this draft, has 4.09 shuttle and a 6.45 cone, both among the very best times of all the WRs. Long was really hurt by youth at the QB spot and a knee injury as a Soph I believe. I would be shocked if this guy were available at 7 but if he were, I would not be disappointed. At worst, your going to get a good ST guy. At best, you might have another Miles Austin on your hands.
