Knowing this roller coaster team...we'll probably hand ATL their first loss on natl TV next week. We're certainly capable, and match up well with them. It'll just delay the inevitable and string us along, a little longer...:banghead:

Yep.

I'm fully expecting us to win, have everyone think that "we can do it!" and then go lay an egg the rest of the year and finish 7-9, 8-8 again.

This team has been doing it every year since 2005, sans 2007. Win a tough game and play to their potential, only to have let downs every other week, equating to a .500 ball club.

Seeing as this is the cowboyszone and after a loss...I think we have had our fill of hearing crazy stuff. :laugh2:

On a serious note...what you said is very possible. Remember the New Orleans Saints a few years ago when they were undefeated and nobody gave us a chance to win.

I think Atlanta is as an unimpressive 7-0 team I've ever seen.

They can be beat.

I think they will play them close, even probably lead the game at some point, but blow it at the end. They don't know how to win right now. I hope I'm wrong! It would be a big win, no doubt.

I don't know, they get an insane WR corp. Their line is solid, and Ryan's playing lights out. I think their defense can be exposed though.

It wouldn't totally shock me to see the Cowboys win that game Atlanta is due to lose but knowing the Cowboys if they did pull off the upset they would show up flat against Philly the following week and get beat.

It wouldn't surprise me. Unfortunately if it did happen, it would only validate JJ and for him not to make any changes whatsoever.

Agreed. It's eerily similar circumstances.

I suppose its possible to think that getting a win in ATL can spur some kind of run like NO did, but I don't expect that.
