I still have high hopes for Burnett. I think he's the most athletic LB that we have and think he really might flourish in Wade Phillips system. He is so incredibly athletic and has such great coverage, that I don't see how he couldn't be successful at ILB in Wade's scheme. When he gets to the ballcarrier, he arrives with a load, too.

I would love to see him take Ayodele's spot, but who knows...

I'm looking forward to Wade's defense and seeing if it helps any of the current guys step their games up and/or turn their careers around. Burnett is one guy I still have hope for and I'm also interested in seeing what Spears can do in this defense.

I remember watching KB during his rookie TC. I was impressed with his ability to get low, turn the corner and get to the QB, all without losing much speed. I believe KB can flourish in WP's defense.

BTW, he is real appreciative of the support from the fans.
