Is it my imagination or does "grave digger" Ware become more of a beast as the fourth quarter approaches? I realize the opposing team's offense could be a little warn down by then, but I don't see every pass rusher turn it up a notch at the end. Many of his sacks and forced fumbles have come late in games and at crucial times. You gotta love this guy. And that grave digger celebration was gold.

His "Clutch" level certainly seems to have been turned up a notch. He's been HUGE for us in critical moments this year.

I think it's because he's finally getting help from the other side :|

Is that what it was? Looked to me like he dug a hole, then he slung a bag over his shoulder.

I'm pretty sure the hole he dug was a grave for the QB who was dead on arrival. At least that's my interpretation. He did mention something to the media about slingling a bag over his shoulder, but that was after digging the grave.

Anybody have a gif of it?

That cannot be true. I've been told Ware doesn't get clutch sacks or plays clutch.

I think this has been true during our resurgence over the past 4 weeks. The key has really been the offense controlling the clock has lead to Ware being fresh in the 4th quarter.

We can't always rely on this type of TOP dominance. Hopefully next year we have a bit more of a rotation to give Ware some snaps off in first and second down, especially. It is too bad Brandon Williams got hurt. Hopefully one of him or Victor Butler steps up next year.

I thought his celebration was supposed to be 'burying' the eagles, but digging a grave makes even more sense. :D

B-Will has to really have something for WP to seemingly be so high on him. And he just looked like a talent on his highlight reel.

But this is a good place to ask you, like I've been meaning to... How healthy do you think he'll be by next training camp? He blew the ACL in the second preseason game of the year. I know he should be able to play, but what percentage do you think he'll be? Is it one of those things where even if he's playing, he won't be himself for another year after that, or at least several months?

We will be watching "the strip" for the rest of our lives. Always gonna be a fond memory.

He should probably be 90-95% or so by the start of next year. The last 5% takes the next year to get to even with professional training. It has to do with the process of healing and vascularization of the graft. There is only so much that training can do to speed it up.

He'll probably be ahead of most typical rookies in that he has spent a year learning and gotten to do lots of upper body training. He will also be able to be a full participant in all the off-season training programs.

In the end, most people do make a near full recovery by the second year. Of course, there is always the risk of re-rupture or contralateral rupture.

I hope he is a big contributor next year. Our lack of depth had me concerned at OLB but Spencer and Ware are warriors out there.

A good part of his fourth quarter dominance has been due to the opposition being down late and having to pass. When the game is at that stage, he can just pin 'em back and go after the QB!
