I know we all know it, but you can't say it enough... Love the guy's competitiveness to go along with his ability. Seems to me like he's even more serious and his leadership qualities have grown even more as he's matured... He knows he's a bad *** and his teammates had better try to keep up. Love how he doesn't care about getting cheers from the crowd, and how it irritated him that the O scored on them at all in the red zone.

I love having him on the team not only is he one of the NFL best players he is also a team player for the Cowboys always helping others be it offense or fellow defensive players. He is not so self absorbed like so many others who have played the game at his level

He is my favorite current player in the entire NFL. I can't take my eyes off of him when we are on Defense. When you add in just how good a person he is it just makes you stand in awe of the guy.

I hear ya. I can honestly say that I am appreciating every moment that we have guys like Ware, Witten, Romo, Ratliff, Austin etc. We may never see a better LB than Ware in our lifetimes. All of these guys are classy professionals as well. It's a special group and I pray that they all get to experience at least one championship before their careers are over with Dallas.

I'll be the first to admit. Being a tarheels fan and watching ACC football I was plenty familiar with Merriman and didn't know much about Ware. I was originally alittle disappointed when we didn't pick Ware. I admit. I also admit I'm so freaking glad that I didn't know what in the world I was talking about.

Now on Sundays I throw on my Ware pro bowl jersey and watch "the best defensive player in the NFL" do work!

I think it is not an accident that with Ware on the team, Spencer has evolved into an almost equally dominating force and that the other OLB are showing some great progress.

I think Ware is definitely rubbing off on the others at his position. He sets the bar so high and then they get to study their own teammate upclose.

I believe Ware is influencing greatly the special development of this particular position.

Ware is my favorite as well.
The guy is a great player and if you could dream of a OLB for a 3/4 defense Ware is a picture of that player.
He's big,fast,strong and his character is what sets him apart.
I think it's foolish for anyone to ask what jersey number I should get????
Ware is not going to get in trouble off the field and on the field he is the best....nobody on this team can claim that.

No offense to Mr. Ratliff however...he is on the cusp of universal praise as well.
