Wade is a great def coord. His def has been outstanding each team he has coached, except Dallas. Ware doesn't look old in Denver. We have been poor in def talent for a long time. Even good coaching can't win consistently with this talent ever year.

Here we go with this again. Wade isn't a great def coord. In order to be labeled great you have to do something great and so far he hasn't.

As for Ware, the guy has been starting off very good but when it gets later in the season and the weather starts getting colder he gets more invisible.
 
There should be nothing much to discuss here, Phillips is a great defensive coordinator. Ware is a great player.

Lol Denver has the best defense in the league home boy.

They create takeaways, they compile a lot of sacks, they stop the run, they're disciplined, they're explosive, have great depth, they can play man and zone effectively, they don't get overpowered, and they're good in the red zone.

Ware is a great football player. An all time great player. If he "dissapeared" at all it was because he played so many snaps and was basically a one man wrecking crew in Dallas because there were no other big time pass rushers who could take pressure off. Ratliff and Spencer were always more of run stuffers.

Well homeboy it's November 7th homeboy there's still games and playoffs to be played. Also I didn't say their defense wasn't good I said Wade is not great and he isn't. Pay attention. HOMEBOY.

Wade is the best DC in football. On what planet is that not considered great? He always has the Cowboys defense up there despite average talent at best with the exception of 2010,

He isn't. Wow you people get so easily impressed by small sample sizes. When his defense is dominating and winning the Super Bowl then he will be the best DC in football. Not on November 7th.

Wade is a very good DC capable of fielding a great defense.

What keeps him from being considered a great DC is that his defenses dont win big games
 
I would welcome back Wade to be our DC any day...........not HC though.
 
I'll take Hardy on the field over Ware on the field. Organizations are asked to make tough choices on star players from time to time. Ware and Murrays contracts weren't what was right considering Wares streak of injuries and the statistics that show how far rbs fall off.

Wade had decent talent in Dallas but Wade the HC was so bad in terms of destroying the locker room mentality with his complete lack of discipline and awareness, that the defense disappointed. Talent does not explain why Wade started 2010 at 1-7 but the same talent was 5-3 under Garrett.

The team quit on Wade the HC and the defense was where most of the quitting occurred.
 
Never had a problem with Wade, was upset when he left. May not be a good HC but he's a hell of a DC and took more blame than he should have.

Ware was a difficult decision that we just have to live with.
