It's been a slow week, Saturday can't get here quick enough. Anyways Sapp was asked on Inside The NFL if he could come out of retirement and play for any team, who would he play for? He said, "The Dallas Cowboys, since he was knee high to a jack rabbit he always wanted a star on his helmet.":starspin

There ya go, another closet Cowboy fan outed.:D

I wonder how many of these guys hate the Cowboys simply because they can't be one or were over looked. Embrace the hate...;)

Wow. Talking about having a weird coping mechanism after being neglected, lol. Twinkle toes was a player in his prime and would have fit nicely in our 4-3 scheme back in the day.

Aha. The truth comes out. I remember one game the Cowboys played against him (TB, I think) and he seemed awfully aggressive and angry. I thought that was just his way, but in retrospect maybe his closet Cowboy aspirations were shining through, lol.

Just so you guys know...Sapp is a first rate PUNK! He's just not a good person. First hand experience for me. Three times and he's been rude, arrogant and even dismissive of a kid for an autograph. He was involved in a fight on Dancing With The Stars and he's on the ropes with Showtime because of his behavior. This isn't personal opinion and not conjecture. This is fact.

Sorry...he's the loveable dancing bear who everybody thinks is great, however, he's the perfect example of that old saying "You never want to meet your heroes because they will always let you down."

did the kid's parents instruct his/her kids to go ask warren sapp for autograph? sapp is kinda old as a player for a kid to recognize, and definitely no very cool as a participant of dancing with the stars in a kid's mind. i wouldn't be able to pick out fran tarkenton or archie manning from a group of mug shots, and i definitely would not want an autograph from ed mcmahon to show off to my friends at school, unless it's a real cashable check from publisher's clearning house.

I cant stand Sapp...I loved it when Allen just pasted him all over the Texas Stadium turf in 2001...we lost the game (barely, only because of the ineptitude of Q Bong, who was starting his first game) but Allen just brutalized Sapp all day.
