Before the game Ed Werder was reporting from the fields and said that he had spoken with some players and they told him they were going to try to get TO the ball on short slants and were going to try and run JJ up the middle.

Then at Half time the same kind of reporting. I didn't hear them talk about the Giants gameplan at all.

I cannot fault him for doing his job.

I can fault the players for devulging part of the game plan.

However, I doubt Coughlin and the Giants staff was waiting for his report.

The Giants gameplan had something to do with fall-away jump shots.

Seriously, you are right. Remember the Eagle game when the announcers said that Bledsoe's throat slash gesture meant max protect? Why can't we hear something like that about other teams?

Most folks know what teams are going to try and do ......the problem is can you do it?

actually someone said tiki had schemes/plays they would be using to fake going outside and run up the middle. which they actually did do. with much success
