He had what, two returns for tds. That'll get you All pro

And a high average. He'll get what's there but rarely makes a play.

Once he got his job back, he actually did a great job returning. He didn't keep up to that high level the whole season but he should still get a lot of credit.

Basically Joe DeCamillis got 2nd Team All-Pro, haha.

Sorry but while Decamillis certainly deserves credit for getting Crayton to finally run, Pat still deserves the Lionshare. It was a lot of the same guys blocking on kick returns and we sucked at that.

Crayton is not that fast but he displayed excellent vision and made some excellent cuts and power making those returns and was consistent all year.

Kudos to Crayton.

This is news to anybody paying attention? Not bad for a 7th round position convert, huh? Almost makes dumping on the guy all these years seem foolish.

Nailed. Crayton has come thru on third, third and long and otherwise clutch catches, IMO.

Highlite reel receivers or bust I guess. I'll take consistency any day of the week. Something everyone complains about Roy not having yet busts's Crayton's balls for having.

Someone let me know when we have 16+ perfect games from 22 different players. I'll eat that team. I'll put mustard on 'em and I'll eat 'em.

The jabs at crayton on this board are actually useful, because they teach you who the idiots are who only know the Madden 2010 version of how football is supposed to be played.

Crayton has been the most consistent receiver we've had. He makes one bad play during a playoff game and no one here can get over it. My suggestion...get over it. We're lucky to have him around, and I can only hope we see his level of consistency at all our positions.

so Crayton is the 2nd all-pro team PR? and everyone wants to replace him?

No thanks.

I'd LOVE to replace him. Aside from watching field goal attempts, punt returns are the least inspiring part of our team.

watching fgs, esp the 2nd half of the season, was a true odyssey for me. my eyes were half shut, in a squint, with my body leaning to the back of the sofa.

Actually if you watched the games closely, you should clearly see that Kick returns were the most uninspired.

If you think two PR for TDs is uninspired, I am not sure you know what you are watching.

Take away that playoff game vs NYG and there is nothing complain about IMO.

I have come to believe that Patrick Crayton's career in Dallas will be one in which fans simply do not appreciate him.

We got 37 catches for over 600 yards from him (5 tds) and a couple of punt return Tds. That's pretty good productivity for your 3rd WR.

Oh of course - he greatly improved his punt returning this year. A lot less running east and west and more north and south. It was a pleasure to know that every time our defense made the other team punt, we were probably going to pick up a nice chunk of yardage for field position on the other end of the kick.

Actually, I think he improved his entire game this year. He worked hard in the off-season on his speed and it really showed
